Deconstructed Lasagna

Ingredients: 3 pounds ground beef 1 Yellow onion 3 cups Bell peppers, chopped 4 cups Zucchini, chopped 3 cups Mushrooms, chopped 4 lbs Pasta of choice 2 cups cottage cheese 5 cups Marinara sauce 2 Tbsp Parsley 2 Tbsp Oregano 1⁄2 Tbsp Bay leaves crushes 1 tsp Salt (tt) 1 tsp Peppers 1 2 3 Servings 4 Cook time 20 min Steps for Cooking: Start by boiling some water for your pasta noodles. Make sure you add salt and extra virgin olive oil to the water, wait for your water to start boiling, once that water has come to a rolling boiling add your pasta but make sure you are continuously stirring making sure they don’t stick, (the oil in your water ill help prevent sticky noodles). Grab all veggies and place in a large saucepan 1TBs olive oil and start to sauté until you have a dark colored to the veggies. Once your veggies are cooked take your marinara sauce and add into the sauce pan with all your cottage cheese. Once you place your marinara into a saucepan and add the following seasonings. parsley, oregano, Bay leaves crushed. 4 Lastly add your cooked noodles to the pot of sauce and veggies. Once everything is incorporated and in the pot your deconstructed lasagna is complete! Enjoy!
