Chicken Burrito Bowl

Chicken- Start by preheating your oven at 350 degrees Farenheit. Grab a baking tray and spray with nonstick spray and lay evenly across baking tray. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder and bake for 45 min. Once all chicken is cooked pull out of oven and dice. Lime rice – cook off your rice as directed on rice packaging, add your cup of lime juice. Let the lime juice sit for about 5 minutes so the rice can absorb the lime. Once the 5 minutes is up add in your minced cilantro and a dash of salt. Corn salad – Boil off corn on the cob for 7 minutes. Once corn is cooked shave off kernels into a small bowl. Add in your diced peppers, cucumbers and red onion, season with salt and pepper and toss. Once all ingredient's are prepared add all ingredients in a bowl and Enjoy.
