Quinoa Grain Bowl


Ingredients: Quinoa •1 cup dry quinoa • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp oreganc • 1/4 tsp gorlic powder Grain Bovil • I can garbanzo beans Cherry comatoos, halvad cucumber cut in as 2 • 2 tbsp olive oil • iso Dabrika • 1 tsp salt • 2 garlic cloves Tahini Sauce • cup tahini • 2 large lemons • 3 tbso olive oil • 3 tsp maple syrup • 1 tsp salt is water Cook time 20 min Steps for Cooking: Start by cooking the quinoa in a small sauce pan and following the instructions on the packaging. Season quinoa once it is done cooking. While the quinoa is cooking, drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Then warm a skillet on medium high heat and coat with olive oil. Toss your garbanzo beans in the pan and season with garlic paprika, salt and pepper. Cook until fully warm. Next, make the tahini sauce by combining lemon, tahini, olive oil salt and maple svrup. Start to whisk and sow incoroorate water to make it creamv and to get the consistency you want. Once you are finished with making the tahini sauce, cut and prep all you veggies. Now that all your ingredients are fully made and proparco, arab a bowl angolace gumoa as vou base, top with garbanzo beans and cucumber iy, Drizzle with tahini sauce and enjoy!
