After 60 years, the Denver Inner City Parish (DICP) is still working each day to meet the current needs of the individuals and families in our community! The community knows that DICP provides a loving and supportive environment.

Please consider a DONATION to the Denver Inner City Parish on GivingTuesday. GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.

No one could have predicted the serious social changes caused by COVID-19. Many people are struggling to obtain basic needs for themselves and their families. The Parish is still on the front lines, providing food and resources to our community.

As of now, the 1212 Mariposa building is closed to keep clients and staff safe. However, we are still providing the following:

  • Food boxes for pickup or delivery.

  • Diaper distribution.

  • Basic needs packs.

  • Computer Science distance learning for students.

  • Mail pickup, by appointment and via non-contact safe hand-off.

  • Help over the phone with:

  • Applying for unemployment.

  • Energy assistance.
