D.Todd Clough, Executive Director
Todd has been a staff member at the Parish for 23 years. He took the position of Executive director in November of 2008. For 20 years, Todd held the positions of Head of School. Previously he was the Executive Director of the Children's Museum of Denver, editor of a national child and parent publication, educational exhibit designer, and has taught from kindergarten to college level. He has been an educator for 30 years.

Larry Martinez, Associate Director of Operations and Director of College View
Born and raised in Denver Colorado, Larry Martinez first walked in the Parish on May 31, 1994 to join the West Side Drug Free Youth Team. The following year he enrolled in La Academia and graduated in 2000. In March of 2002 he joined the staff as the Office Manager and Community Resource Coordinator. Currently, Larry is the Associate Director-Operations and Director of Denver Inner City Parish @ College View.

Morgan Olszewski, Associate Director, Director of Development
With over five years experience in nonprofit fund development, Morgan specializes in individual major donors and department leadership. Morgan earned her undergraduate degree in communication from CU-Boulder in 2005 and is currently enrolled in Regis University's Masters of Nonprofit Management program with an expected graduation of Spring, 2013. Prior to coming onboard as the Denver Inner City Parish's Development Director in March, 2011, Morgan held positions as the Director of Major Gifts and Director of Individual Giving with the Colorado Symphony since March, 2008.

Charleen Ramirez-Mares, Principal of La Academia
Charleen has been at La Academia since 2001. She holds a BA in Chicano Studies, from Metropolitan State College of Denver and has worked in education for over 20 years. Her experience as a first generation student has come in handy when working with the youth of La Academia. Charleen sees herself in these youth so it is her mission to help them see their worth and believe that anything they put their minds to is possible!

Donna Weeden, Director of Finance and Human Services
Donna Weeden has over 30 years of experience in financial management. She is a CPA and was the controller for the American Red Cross’ location in Denver, Colorado for many years. Donna first came to the DICP as a volunteer with La Academia, and was appointed to the executive team in December, 2011. |
