The Summer Breakfast and Lunch Program serves hundreds of youth under the age of 18. Meals include free lunch on weekdays during the summer between noon and 1 pm. Breakfast and an afternoon snack are served for eight weeks of summer, typically June through August. This program runs in conjunction with Summer Day Camp.
Many of the community youth depend on the Federally Free and Reduced Price Lunch program during school year, but are left on their own to find breakfast and lunch for the summer. Our Summer Breakfast and Lunch Program ensures that community youth will have nutritious meals throughout the year.
